I am Nesrin Sena, a UX/UI designer currently pursuing a master’s in Human-Centered Design in the U.S.
I am a curious and empathetic designer who creates user experiences that are visually appealing and well functioning. I really enjoy designing products that address user challenges and business goals.
With over 4 years of UX/UI experience, I have led projects from concept to launch for complex mobile apps, including PokeRaid with over 5 million downloads. I have led end-to-end design for five apps and created a cross-platform design system to improve consistency and reduce development time. I am proficient in Figma and Adobe tools and work closely with developers for smooth handoff.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Human-Centered Design in New York, focusing on research and evaluation through interviews, personas, heuristic evaluations, and user journey mapping. I have also developed critical research and communıcation skills as part of my studies.
I love working where product meets design, teaming up with users, engineers, and stakeholders to make complex problems feel simple. I’m open to both UX/UI and Product Design roles, and I am excited by teams that care about creating experiences that are not just usable, but also enjoyable and clear.
What I do in my free time
In my leisure time, I often find myself exploring the outdoors through hiking in forests or by the beach, capturing the beauty of nature through photography. Additionally, I'm always eager to learn new skills, and recently, I've taken an interest in archery.
Traveling
Traveling isn't just about exploring new destinations; it's a journey of immersing myself in diverse cultures, embracing novel experiences, and forging meaningful connections with people and places along the way.
Photography
Photography is my way of exploring and capturing life's moments and beauty. Each photo tells a story and offers a fresh perspective on the world. From nature's landscapes to urban details, seizing each moment has become a personal passion.
